This policy explains what personal data TNZ Logistics (“TNZ”, “we”) collects through tnz-eg.com and how we use it.

- Contact and quote requests. When you send the form on our contact page we receive your name, company (if given), phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device details.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to run and protect the website.
How we use it
We use your contact details only to answer your request, prepare quotes and follow up on services you asked about. We use analytics data, in aggregate, to improve the website. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who receives it
Your message is delivered by email to the TNZ team. Our hosting provider and Google (for analytics) process data on our behalf. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics account.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to info@tnz-eg.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
